The 740i's & S430's serious alternative

2003 Audi A8 quattro AWD 4dr Sedan (4.2L 8cyl 5A)

The A8 has provided me thus far with
remarkable agility and comfort for a
high class sedan. It has given me a
unique alternative to its brethren at
Mercedes Benz and BMW, a package
that offers indivudual styling, the
confidence of quattro, and a very
stylish and yet conservative-minded
atmosphere in the cabin.

Best Features

My favourite feature is the confidence ordained from the stiffness of the ride from its space age aluminum frame and the quattro. Both are unique to a car from this class - I feel safer in snow and in tight turns on the way to the mountain lodge compared to a 740i or a S430.

Worst Features

The exterior styling needs to express the creative and articulate automobile passions of AUDI. Being a Canadian I am proud that the lead designer for the new 2004 A8 is a Canadian himself. It is an inspiring design. Audi is much more original than BMW and Mercedes Benz.
