2004 Audi A4 1.8T quattro AWD 4dr Sedan (1.8L 4cyl Turbo 6M)

Review

I got my car on the 1st of nov. and
have been loving it ever since! the
ultra sport option is great! the
wheels, interior, bodywork, all totally
worth it! my previous car was a 1.8T
jetta, and I don't miss the extra 10hp,
as the quattro is well worth it. the
handling is better than all the others
that I drove 325/330, c230K, G35,and9/3
saab. plus it has the best interior
design, and the quality far superior to
the rest! BMWhat? I won't ever buy
anything else.

Best Features

Quattro, Xenon lights/light pkg., Bose stereo, XM radio, ULTRA SPORT pkg If you are thinking about it, just get it, you will love it, under seat bins,

Worst Features

could use a pinch more power,(what great car does'nt), more power outlets, otherwise, don't change a thing!!!!!

2004 Audi A4 1.8T quattro AWD 4dr Sedan (1.8L 4cyl Turbo 6M)

Review

The combination of the quattro and the
six speed make this a geeat car for
me. I was looking for a fun to drive
manual transmission equiped vehicle and
settled on the A4. I considered Mini,
BMW 3-series and MB C-class. Mini was
too small but tons of fun and the Audi
won over the others for features/price
reasons.

Best Features

The six-speed transmission, the interior quality and the nice touches like illuminated dash controls and the led ambient lighting. Cargo net and bag handles in the trunk just add to the feeling that attention to detail is really part of the process when designing these cars.

Worst Features

Cup-holders pretty useless for manual transmission. A bit more off the line grunt would not hurt but the lack of this is not a deal killer.

2004 Audi A4 3.0 quattro AWD 2dr Cabriolet (3.0L 6cyl 5A)

Review

This is a great car, well made,
fantastic finish. Definitely fun to
drive. For drivers in the North East,
the combination of the AWD system and
the convertible are a great match. I
have owned a 98 528 and a 2001 E320,
and this car is on par with the fit and
finsih of the BMW and light years ahead
of the Mercedes. The only knock I have
is it is a little slow off the line but
once you are at 20 mph you are fine.
Gas mileage in general is fair but when
you are in the sports transmission mode
or drive it hard it poor, but I am sure
most people are not buying this for the
gas mileage....

Best Features

The design and ease of use of the convertible top is fantastic. The lines of the car and how the cars sits with the 5 spoke wheels...

Worst Features

Quicker off the line.

2004 Audi A4 1.8T Avant quattro AWD 4dr Wagon (1.8L 4cyl Turbo 5A)

Review

We had a Passat Wagon but this
outhandles it over all. Quality , ride
and handling are superb, 17 inch wheels
and sport package make this wagon fun
to drive. This is our second Audi we
have an 2003 A-4 sedan , this one is
better handling than the sedan.
Harper Audi in Knoxville was a great
dealership to work with. Iwould buy
again from them.

Best Features

Sport package, XM radio and great gas mileage considering the price of gas today. We average between 25 to 32 mpg, city and highway.

Worst Features

Wish the 1.8T HAD 200 HORSE POWER with the same gas mileage.

2004 Audi A4 3.0 quattro AWD 2dr Cabriolet (3.0L 6cyl 5A)

Review

I was skeptical that spending more
money provided you more substance.
The new A4 Cab. I purchased has
changed my mind. I purchased the car
with the 3L-AWD. The ride and
handling are exceptional. The car is
quiet and comfortable. I previously
owned Subaru Legacy with AWD and an
Alfa Romeo convertible. This car
blends the best of both these autos.
It has the precision, comfort, and
style of the Alfa with the common
sense of the Subaru AWD.

Best Features

The interior looks like a well finished sedan. The fuel economy is better then I expected. I liked the Alfa because it was a timeless look. I think the Audi aesthetics will hold up with time.

Worst Features

There are a good deal of electronic components on this car. All of these little motors and fiber optics increase the probability of reliability issues.
