My husband and I had gone in to test drive a Q8 a couple weeks ago , and ultimately decided I wanted to look for an SQ7 for the third row and more HP. Sales rep David that day was amazing ! Wasn’t rushing me , we test drove multiple vehicles , and he stated they didn’t have an SQ7 at the time , but would call me when they did. Fast forward a week , he calls to say they have one and to come drive it. I had to fly out for a funeral , so I said I would come the next week. Then comes today. I went in to drive said vehicle I’ve been waiting 2 weeks to do drive , but David was not there. The joke of a sales manager Jazz was VERY pushy , wanting me to drive the car to my husband at work so we could buy it right then and there. I said no , I will come back with my husband when he’s not at work IF I like the vehicle. He then proceeded to tell me “we don’t just let people test drive $100k cars if they’re not going to buy them” , and I was in utter shock. I’m not sure how I’m supposed to buy a car that I can’t test drive. Needless to say , I will never be doing business here. And from the looks of the other reviews , I’m not the only person who has had a bad experience with this man.

I’m surprised Audi didn’t perform quality check, all the accessories check before handing over the key to me. Now, I have to make a time from very busy schedule to go the dealer and sit over there for several hours so they can fix all those issue.

I’m surprised Audi didn’t perform quality check, all the accessories check before handing over the key to me.
