Used 2003 Acura TL Consumer Reviews
Lots of car for the money!
Great Car! I was looking at Maxima SE, and Passat V6. This car is fast and sporty, with a heavier feel to it than the Maxima. The Maxima lacked the heavier European driving feel, while the Passat lacked the horsepower.
Type-S is a blast!
Dealership experience was wonderful. The car is very, very tight and solid. Workmanship/fit/finish are exceptional. Accelerates quickly and smoothly, 5-speed automatic is very smooth. Great engine sound during hard acceleration. Not much road noise, some wind noise but FAR QUIETER than my previous car: Chrysler 300M. The Acura is a better car in nearly all respects.

Souped-Up Honda!
Car is comfortable to drive, pickup is amazing with Honda's VTEC engine, and that all Hondas and Acura's have. It is an all-around great car, but it came with its minor problems.
Awesome
Outstanding value. Almost bought a Lexus GS300 but the Lexus dealer couldn't get the car I wanted. Decided to look at the Acura and couldn't believe how much more you get for $12K less!!! The only thing I gave up was rear wheel drive, but the Acura drives suprisingly well for a front-driver.

I love the navigation system -- onstar was superfluous--difficult to use and not worth the investment. The navi system is amazing. Doesn't do the shortcuts I can do in familiar areas, but it gets me to all the strange places, and I know I'll get there. The car is superpeppy with just about every convenience imaginable. I do wish it had a telescoping sterring wheel.
