Used 2003 Acura TL Consumer Reviews
Best Move My Parents Could Make!
Being a college student, my parents were very concerned about my safety on the road and a reliable car that was going to take me back and forth home and also around town. They found all they were looking for in this car. It has lots of trunk space for hauling things, lots of front seat room to give you comfort for long distances. Sound system is awesome. For a factory sysytem, I give it rave reviews.
Close to perfect
We just bought the TL-S. This is our first non-'family' car since we had the kids. Back in the 80's we had an RX-7 and this car brings back all the fun of driving that one without any of the drawbacks. The car accelerates and handles like a charm, corners very flat, a real joy to drive. The car is comfortable and surprisingly roomy. A few VERY minor improvements would have rated a 10

what the dealer does not tell you untill
What the dealer does not tell you is that the TL and The TLs models do not interchange. Tires will not exchange and neither will the upgraded struts and you cannot cannot install a stabilizer bar. I found this out the following week and tried to upgrade to the TLS and they wanted a 10,000 dollar difference. Bottom line is You do not want the TL only the TLS!
Acura Confidence
My husband and I bought this car just 5 months ago. We previously had an Integra which I bought just out of college. My husband has a nasty commute and the Integra was "just too small" for him. He's 6'3" about 240lbs. I finally conceded to the new car and we traded the Integra for the TL. He loves it and I enjoy driving it when he's not around. Our Integra was just about 5 years old and had almost 100,000 miles on it. We never had any work done outside of the scheduled maintenence. So far the TL is living up to the reliability standards of the Integra and my husband really appreciates the headroom.
Great Car! TL-S
I upgraded from a top of the line Camry. It has great power and features that come standard. It feels well-built and reliable--yet sporty.
