SANTA MONICA, Calif. — May 2, 2011 — Edmunds.com, the premier online resource for automotive information, is offering its Facebook friends a chance to win the services of a car buying professional to help get a great deal on a new car without suffering the headaches of the car buying process.

In Edmunds.com's "Let a Pro Negotiate Your New Car Purchase" sweepstakes, one lucky winner will receive professional services from Oren Weintraub, founder of the car buying consultancy Authority Auto. Weintraub will consult with the winner and help negotiate a lease or purchase — including locating the vehicle, obtaining dealer price quotes and negotiating the value of the winner's trade-in vehicle. Authority Auto will handle all the hard-charging salesmen while the winner relaxes and saves money.

To enter, contestants must simply "Like" Edmunds.com's Facebook page at http://facebook.com/Edmunds and fill out the entry form on the site. Entries will be accepted until 11:59 p.m. PT on May 20, 2011.
