Hi, I have read in earlier posts that Volvo is offering incentives for non-Volvo finance leases on MY2008 XC90's. It was my understanding that the figures were $9750 for 3.2 and $12000 for V8 models, as well as $4000 dealer cash and $2000 loyalty rebates. I am also a Costco member, but in looking at their promotion online, it seems to be valid on 2009 models only. ... Read More...

Hey stim. Volvo Finance's numbers for a 24 month, 10,500 mile per year lease of an '08 XC90 V8 are .00001 and 52%, respectively. Volvo does not appear to be providing any lease support on the '09 XC90 V8. The only 2009 XC90 that has a special Volvo Finance program available on it is the base V6 model. Really... the Highlander has a .00001 m.f.? That's hard to beat and the Volvo guy I spoke with said the m.f. was in the .00252 range. Mentioned waiting for the 2009s for better residuals (oh yes, those weren't good either) but how are they going to move the 08s with numbers like these? 2007 Fuel consumption records (gas pump) for 2007 Volvo XC90 3.2 FWD, purchased April, 2007. Note: Mpg values of 16 mpg and below were for the entire tank consumed on very short urban trips. I emailed several dealers in my area (central jersey) for a 08 XC90 w/ premium, versatility, and climate packages (MSRP of $45,200) and got the best 1st quote from Bridgewater Volvo and Volvo of Edison. They gave me a price of 35,000 which included the volvo loyalty and manufactor rebates. How much more do you think I can shave off from this price? I know the 2009's ... Read More...
