I chose the XC70 because of its
versatility, reliability, and safety.
It has met my expectations and then
some. It has lots of room, all the
amenities I want (but not those I do
not want), has decent gas mileage, and
is fun to drive for a wagon, especiall
with the Geartronic transmission. My 3-
year old son and our three Labs are the
reasons why we need this type of
vehicle. I used to drive an SUV, but
prefer my AWD Volvo.
The XC70 (and I suppose all Volvos)
have the most comfortable seats I have
ever sat in. My car has the optional
built-in booster seat, which our son
loves. The cockpit is well laid out,
and the passenger area is roomy. We
also like the large cargo capacity.
This car needs a built in compass in
the rearview mirror. Less expensive
cars have this standard. It also
should come standard with an in-dash 6-
CD changer. It also needs more storage
compartments in the cockpit. A front
facing third row seat would be nice.
