2002 Volvo XC AWD 4dr Wagon (2.4L 5cyl Turbo 5A)
Review
From Day 1,I have had a vibration at high speeds (50 plus) with my XC. The Volvo field rep said it probably was a defective axle. He also recommended that I get my car serviced at another dealer, saying that my dealer had a sub-par service dept. The second dealer changed all four tires and declared the problem solved. Except that I still have a vibration. I called the field rep back, but he doesn't return my call. Meanwhile I have made three calls to customer service at 1- 800-458-1552 and got no follow-up. Finally, Volvo told me to take up the issue with the second dealer. I am in the process of researching the lemon laws in New York.
Suggested Improvements
Fix your customer service process! I am researching New york lemon laws. My biggest worry? The drive train will fall apart after the warranty ends.
