I do not "routinely carry heavy loads " unless you count a weeks groceries for two people. About every month I bring home about 105 lbs of cat litter in a 3 mile trip . So your 2004 V70 came with Volvo 16 inch wheels and with 205/55-16 tires. Do you still have that size on it, or did you change to a larger tire? Did it rub near lock with the OE 205/55-16s? I'm sorry I can't help with residuals or money factor. Volvo is a great car, however there are no bargins in leasing them. In fact , they have just about the worst lease deals of any car manufacturer I can think of. You can reread some of my experiences in past forums and I now own another brand station wagon.
