ReviewI purchased this car new in 1990 and to
date have put on 254,000 miles, and it
still is going strong. I expect to
drive it for at least another 25,000,
perhaps 50,000 miles.
I've never had a problem with
reliability. I service it every 5,000
miles without fail, changing the oil
and following Volvo's maintenance

Best FeaturesSimplicity and reliability. In its staid and understated way, it is elegant. No bells and whistles, but who needs or wants them. An extremely safe car, with a crash zone that works.
Worst FeaturesImprove the rear light housings; they leak. The audio system should be improved; Volvo speakers are not very good. Don't sacrifice safety design for marketing fluff.
