  We purchased a 2010 Touareg w/out DVD/Nav system. So, our dealer agreed to install a cord where we could plug in our ipod or MP3 player. They tried....and tried...even emailed VW for instructions how to install this and did not succeed. Since that day (Sept. 3) the radio will just "turn off". What is the money factor and residual for 36 , 39 mos 12K and 15k miles.
