1998 Volkswagen Jetta GLX VR6 4dr Sedan

Review

I've been driving this 1998 GLX VR6
five-speed Jetta for four years on a
lease. I like it so much, I decided to
buy the car at lease end. It's still
way fun to drive. Every friend who's
ever driven it says, "wow, I love
driving this car." The pick-up is great
and sporty. This GLX is a completely
different beast from a regular Jetta,
but you probably already knew that. I'd
recommend the leather seats, which are
especially nice heated. My only
problems have been an electrical
repair. Also, the tires, because of the
sport model, I recently found out are
quite expensive! I only have slightly
over 50,000 miles on the car, so why
not keep driving it?

Worst Features

As stated in a review on this site, the very firm front seats can be a little uncomfortable at first. Honestly, I haven't thought about that in a long time. I guess my backside got used to it.
