GLI DSG Edition30 w/Nav

2014 Volkswagen Jetta GLI Edition 30 4dr Sedan w/Navigation (2.0L 4cyl Turbo 6AM)
I picked up my brand new 2014 GLI Edition30 w/Navigation on Saturday, May 3rd, and I'm completely in love with the car. The power from the 2.0L turbocharged engine feels much greater than the figures suggest (210HP/207ft/lb torque). The DSG transmission takes some getting used to, hence why it is listed under both Favorite Features AND Suggested Improvements. The car literally drives like a manual transmission-equipped vehicle. The car lurches forward when breaking to a complete stop due to the sporty transmission downshifting through the gears. This all contributes to the "sporty" factor, and while it can be pleasurable, I do a lot of commuting in heavy traffic and it can become annoying.
DSG transmission, 2.0L turbocharged engine, Xenon headlamps with LED daytime running lights, fog lamps, LED taillights, LED license plate lamps, Fender audio system, Edition30 styling cues including special 18 inch rims and red accents throughout interior and exterior, power sunroof, power driver seat, heated seats, Bluetooth technology, MFI display in instrument cluster, V-tex leatherette seats with red accents, KESSY system.
DSG transmission, dual 6-way power seats, automatic headlamps, driver assistance technology, bigger navigation screen, soft touch materials throughout cabin (not just on dash), rear AC/heat vents in the console, dual seat back pockets (not just on passenger side), revised keyfob (use the keyfob from the Touareg, as the switchblade key piece that comes with the GLI has no functionality).
I imagine some of these features to be available in the upcoming 2015 model which is scheduled to be redesigned/refreshed and launched later this year.
