2013 Volkswagen Jetta GLI Autobahn 4dr Sedan w/Prod. End 5/13 (2.0L 4cyl Turbo 6AM)
Big bang for the buck, fun to drive, German engineering, good fit and finish. A lot of car for under 30k. Comfortable interior for a sub-compact.
Makes driving fun! Red stitching on seats and wheel. Meaty steering wheel. Great fit and finish. German engineering. Large trunk. Backseat accommodates adults. Sporty (at least in GLI) without being a punishing ride. Good looking despite Hot Wheels inspired 18' wheels and somewhat pedestrian exterior.
TOO MUCH TIRE NOISE! Easy to swipe command button on wheel when driving which is maddening. Fender system only sounds great at higher volumes- flat at regular volume. No equalizer controls. Engine growl is an acquired taste.cant believe at almost 30k there is no auto on/off headlights.
