Incorrect Speedometer/Odometer

I own a 2007 FX35 and have noticed that the speedometer seems to be reading fast, I have compared it to my 2007 Honda Minivan and 2005 Toyota Tundra. I recently bought a TomTom that has speed listed on the readout and the speedometer on my FX35 reads 6 to 7 miles faster and odometer is 6 tenths of mile more on a 11 mile round trip. I just purchased a new 2008 AWD FX35 with Touring, Hands Free, and Sport packages as well as the Ipod adapter, cargo mat, wheel locks, and mud flaps (MSRP $45,120) for $36,703 from Infinity of Orland Park (Chicago). My 2005 FX 35 has 24,000 miles and has the same symptoms. I also call the Consumer line and filed a complain, (I'm still waiting on a reply at the 28 hour mark. They said 24, not me). The dealership in Fairfield California couldn't care less. I'm curious, were your issues resolved, or did you just sell the Infiniti? I'm more than mad. :mad: Ok, so I just got off the phone with both the dealer and Infinity customer service. At 33k, they tell me I need new back brakes. It's a highway driven car and not my only car. Service area tells me it is "typical" that brakes need to be changed between 15-20k miles and with 33k I did well. I stated it was unacceptable to consider brake replace btwn 15-20k as typical. ... My FX35 2005 was air cabin tested and my car has Legionell (legionaries disese) and Cladosprium that causes Influenz and other respiratory diseases. My Service Tech told me there is a design flaw in Infinity vehicles and the condenser does not allow water to get out and it causes bacteria and the odor. Hello - I am leasing a 2005 FX 35 and I was told about a year ago from my Service Tech that ALL infinify's have a design flaw in the Condenser system that does not allow the water to drain, so bacteria is growing in the condenser when A/C or heat is on and does not evaporate .This is where the odor comes from.
