2004 Jaguar XJR
Test drove one yesterday. Beautiful car. The only thing that shocked me was the size of the sport seats. I'm 6'1'' 200 pounds, medium build (i.e., not a big ass) and I found the side buttresses of the lower part of the seats EXTREMELY confining. Otherwise, the interior was amazing. Perfect luxury. I picked up my new 2004 Jaguar XJR last night. I felt bad saying goodbye to my 2002 Q45, but this XJR is a rocket, and it handles like a car that is much smaller than it really is. I am really impressed with this car, but as a high mileage driver, I am still slightly cautious about how reliable it will be in the long run. As elegant as it may have been, I am tall, and the old XJ was never a car that I could consider due to it's cramped interior and low slung passenger compartment. This tight interior inside of a large heavy car never worked for me. Jaguar needed to fix this, and they did a good job in keeping a Jaguar look, while improving space and ergonomics.
