I have the brake reservoir light on. This only comes on when the brake fluid is low. Well when I did the brakes and toped off the reservoir the light went off. 30, 000 miles later I did another brake job and this time the light stayed on. The sending unit is build into the plastic tank. So I replaced the brake reservoir and the light is still on. Can any body help on this? ... Read More...

That's not a sob story, its a tragedy, and you deserved better. Having bought a new 2004 in 2005 (last on lot sort of thing), I am more and more happy that mine was completely assembled in Germany and checked out thoroughly by someone (and delivered with a full tank)... Dodge Sprinter Blowing Fuse

My 2004 Sprinter is blowing the 15 amp fuse to the engine control unit and not starting. This just happend for the first time today. The van started this morning and when I put in gear it stalled and would not restart' checked fuse and found blown 15 apm ecu fuse replaced and blew again. Anybody else have this problem? Stay away from 2003... EGR problems (causes driveability issues and extra maintenance). Have driven both FORD (gas and Diesel) and Sprinter. Sprinter fuel mileage is much better overall, but a lightly loaded (but full) FORD (1ton - diesel) can get 19 MPG through Yellowstone Natn'l Park... not bad. I have a 2004 Dodge Sprinter 2500 used in the home delivery business. When it is cool outside I open the vents for cool fresh air and without warning and not touching the temperature control knob the air becomes hot. It may stay warm or go back to cool. 2007, 1, try to put more weight forward 2, make sure rear tire pressure is not low (probably needs at least 75 PSI in REAR, 60+ in front). Adjust for handling, ride, load. Not so heavy, I run 55 front and 65 rear. Heavy I run 60 front, 75 rear. flex, since no one with a 2007 gave a reply for two days (mine is 2004, no running lights), I would try shutting down the Sprinter, apply the parking brake, then re-start the engine... on other brands this usually disables the running lights as it is assumed that you don't need running lights if the parking brake is set.
