I'm having the same problem with my 2002 3500 gmc 5.7 replaced the fuel pump and filter and it ran fine for a month now same problem did you figure yours out am i missing something, thanks Read More...

I have a 2002 Chevy Express that regularly stalls. I've had the fuel filter replaced. When the stall continued, I took it to the home of a mechanic that the salesman recommended. He put a scanner on it. Did notice that there was a low reading on the Camshaft sensor. He apparently reset it, and as we drove it for several minutes, we could not get it to stall. But the stall ... does any one out there experience fuel delivery problems with their chevy express? my 2002 g2500 if it sits for any period of time [4 days] will not run correctly. every time its towed to the dealer all is well. this truck definetly has a problem. the dealer will not admit it. i know there is a recall with this truck/5.7 liter i just cannot seem to get a resolution to ... I recently purchased 2002 Chevy Express Extended 3500 cargo van.The engine size is 5.7L 350 engine. It has 92,000 miles on it. After putting about 1300 miles on the check light came on. I bought a new Express LT July 27 of 02. 5 days later I noticed a few drips of oil under the differential . I crawled up under and found a small hole in the differential housing that was seeping oil. Hello Express folks, I'm writing with some concern to see if anyone else has had this problem -- I own a 2000 Express 3500, bought in Oct 2000. I took the 3 year bumper to bumper warranty. In June 2001, at about 6000 miles, the right rear axle boot started leaking. The dealer fixed it under warranty, and had to re-do the brakes too, as they got corrupted by the oil spray. ...
