Nope, underneath the dash on the passenger side you'll find a large cylinder with a red button on top. That is your problem right there. That is ur fuelpump safty cutoff switch. Push and hold the button for about 5 to 10 seconds and it should be fine. But would recomend taking it to the nearest FORD dealer and have ur fuel pump checked, and Fuel Filter changed immediately ... Read More...

I'm hearing an alarm somewhere behind the glove box of my 1997 Ford Ranger. It only sounds after I first start the engine for 10 or 15 seconds then stops.It is a different sound than the normal seat belt alarms and such. The truck seems to be running ok. Read More...

I think this is the year (or a couple of years about this age) with a 'usual' problem. I can't describe exactly the problem, with correct names, but here is my best try.
