95 honda passport V6 electrictal problem

1995 Honda Passport, V 6, 1150,000 miles. Sometimes radio goes on and off intermittently, rear defrost don't work. (Today installed new battery, then tonight it went from 13.8 volts charging to 10 volts charging + the battery light and brake light came on, the AC/ Heater fan blower motor stopped working all at the same time.) Electrical Problem on 1995 Honda Passport

This is the same as a Rodeo. My brake, fuel (gas) and battery lights are on, and the air conditioner / heater / fan won't work. My voltmeter shows 14 v and I had my alternator replaced (before it was showing only 10 v, which is why I had the alternator replaced). When I pull the charging relay, everything works fine. Hello, I have a 1995 honda passport 2 wd with about 100000 miles. it is in pretty good condition and been having trouble with acceleration on the hwy. I have taken it to about 3 mechanics and have spent over 2500 trying to fix it.
