Toyota Care Complimentary Maintenance Plan covers normal factory scheduled maintenance for 2 years or 25,000 miles, whichever comes first. Plan includes oil and filter changes, tire rotation, complete multi-point inspection and 24-hour roadside assistance. Plan does not cover the cost of parts or fluids. Prius Plug-in and RAV4 EV vehicles come with an additional year of roadside assistance, for a total of three years from date of purchase.

Toyota Mobility Assistance Program is available towards purchased or leased vehicles with aftermarket adaptive equipment or conversion. Up to $1000 will be reimbursed. This program also applies to purchasers of the Toyota Factory Installed Auto Access Seat. Lessees will need advance written approval from lessor. Adaptive equipment must be installed within 12 months of vehicle purchase or lease, and Reimbursement Application Form must be submitted to Toyota Mobility Assistance Center within 90 days of complete installation of adaptive equipment.
