2011 tundra crew 5.7,nice truck too bad i had had too many alignments to make this truck go straight it, pulls to the right when applying the brakes,toyota corp and thier field rep, and sun toyota says its the michelin tires on the bbs wheels causeing the problem,its a factory item on the xsp package and i have to live with it,had vibration problem from the start,replaced driveshaft,idle is sticking when you start it to 1800,i have 5500 miles and i regret not buying that dodge,plus i have the leather interior and when i turn i slide around in the seat,trans is slipping
height,5.7, mileage is 16.4,plenty of room-need to get the jbl,the reg radio is terrible
i wish toyota would fix the problems,i go in and then i have to come back because my alignment is still off or the steering wheel is pointed to 11 oclock and the funny thing is the dealership says it was off,i just dont get it good luck future owners--buy one see what happens
I have had the same problems with my 2013 Double Cab Tundra with the 4.6L. The truck has pulled to the right since it had 100 miles on it, and pulls harder when braking. It has had 5 alignments done at the dealer and one by an independent shop. About 100 miles after an alignment it starts pulling again and continues to get worse the more you drive. I also got the same response from Toyota since my truck has the TSS package with the 20" wheels. The problem is not the wheels and tires and Toyota knows that. I have made it a point to stop and look at other trucks with the TSS package with the same tires, and they are wearing evenly. I have been through one set of front tires that were destroyed due to the alignment, and the truck does not even have 5,000 miles on it. Also the fuel mileage is horrible. The best I have gotten is 15.4MPG.
