Not impressed!
Vehicle
2007 Toyota Tundra Limited 4dr CrewMax Cab SB (5.7L 8cyl 6A)
Review
Nice h.p. and lrg. brakes, and love the look, but terrible mpg (11). Useless in four wheel drive in deep snow and mud with the limited slip rear end.You need, and should be able to have, all four tires digging at the same time. And why would you go from a sturdy 6 bolt hub, down to a 5 bolt. The VSC system, and transmission command system doesn't work correctly in cold climates, such as where I live in Maine.
Favorite Features
Horse power, pulling capacity, lrg. brakes, and overall looks.
Suggested Improvements
Better MPG, install locker for four wheel driving and stop trying to add all kinds of electronic junk like VSC, and stability control. Your supposed to be building a functional full size 4x4 work truck not a 4Runner pickup.

2007 Toyota Tundra SR5 4dr Double Cab SB (5.7L 8cyl 6A)
Review
This truck may prove that Toyota's reputation for dependability is a thing of the past. On my 3rd day of ownership I stopped at the spray wash and watched in horror as the pressure wash sprayed the paint off the hood. This was the first of many, many problems: stability control failed, my 9 year old pulled the door closed and broke it, tailgate jammed shut, windshield wiper broke, tire pressure sensor failed...all this in only 6 weeks of ownership. I'm in the process now of claiming it under the lemon laws.
Favorite Features
Engine is very powerful, with fair gas mileage for the amount of power.
Suggested Improvements
The first thing Toyota must improve is the paint: I've never seen such bad paint on a new car. Better customer relation between dealer and owner would be good too: Dealers are very hard to deal with compared to American car companies.

I have had this truck for 5 months and like it very well. I had to have the radio replaced at 5000 miles and now at 6000 miles the transmission is acting strange. It is downshifting when coming to a stop, will have this checked at the 10000 mile service if it dosnt get worse before then. The truck has great power and give a smooth ride on the highway.Overall build quality is good to above average.

change the color of the dash lighting. I don't like the orange.

VSC and ABS failure at 500 miles
Vehicle
2007 Toyota Tundra 2dr Regular Cab LB (5.7L 8cyl 6A)
Review
I had my brand new 2007 Tundra for less than 5 days before the vehicle stability control failed, along with traction control and anti-lock brakes. I live in snowy Canada and expect these things to work. I am very disappointed in the truck. I expected more from Toyota. So far, the problem is a mystery to the mechanics. At the moment, I hate to use the thing. It sits in my driveway like a giant black lemon. Ugh!
Favorite Features
Power, comfort, fit and finish
Suggested Improvements
Reliability of electronic gizmos; Fuel efficiency; Mechanical limited slip differential instead of unreliable electronic VHS/ABS system.

Power, Looks, and Comfort
Vehicle
2007 Toyota Tundra Limited 4dr Double Cab 4WD SB (5.7L 8cyl 6A)
Review
I have had this truck for almost 3 months and 2,500 miles with no problems at all. The power and 6 speed transmission are perfect together. You really have to be careful on the highway because it is so quiet and smooth that when you're going 75-80, it feels like 55-60 (1,800 rpm at 70 mph) . The double cab has plenty of room for 2 car seats and the center console is big enough for a cooler. My gas mileage has been about 14-15 in mixed driving and around 18 on the highway. With the power you have, that isn't bad. I used to have a Dakota regular cab with the 4.7 and I get better gas mileage in the Tundra and have almost 150 more horsepower.
Favorite Features
Bluetooth phone, 10 speaker stereo, assisted and locking tailgate, power, looks, dual zone climate control, red rock interior with black exterior, TRD package.
Suggested Improvements
Power rear window on double cab. Have heat come on quicker in extreme cold. I am nit picking, this is a great truck.

2007 Toyota Tundra SR5 4dr CrewMax Cab SB (5.7L 8cyl 6A)
Review
Toyota blew away the competition with this one! In every aspect they have been innovative and held nothing back. Tows like a dream, accelerates and stops better than any other half ton and handles great on/off road. The crewmax is the way to go for cruising comfort.
Favorite Features
Performance by far.
Suggested Improvements
Make the crewmax with available 6.5' bed.

Crew Max
Vehicle
2007 Toyota Tundra SR5 4dr CrewMax Cab SB (5.7L 8cyl 6A)
Review
Great truck, owned two GMC trucks prior. This one takes it all. The interior is huge. There is room for everyone. For a 381 HP truck, the gas mileage is good. Compared to the GMC, which is 305 HP you lose about 1 mpg. Well worth it. It can tow a a lot more and has better features all the way around. This truck will take over the market.
Favorite Features
Gas mileage for such a big truck. Interior room is amazing. Tons of little featuresthat are standard you don't get in other trucks.
Suggested Improvements
I am 6'3" and it is a reach for the far side of the radio. So, vertically challenged folks may have to get used to the long reach. Not uncomfortable, but you will notice. Should probably make the steering wheel audio controls standard.

Review
Traded in a 2003 Tundra for the Crew Max so I could get more back seat room. This has been an excellent truck for me. The back doors are so big, however, that they don't always close the first time.
Favorite Features
Bluetooth.
Suggested Improvements
The only improvement I could wish for is a slightly longer bed.

Review
I love this truck more and more everyday that I own it. This was my first Toyota purchase ever, had always been a diehard GM man. Well this truck is just everything my GM was not. I go out of the way to run errands just to drive this truck as much as I can. I actually chose the 4.7 over the 5.7 because I didn't need that much towing power nor the increased chance of speeding tickets.
Favorite Features
Love the Limited leather and the JBL stereo with Bluetooth. 1st vehicle I have owned that had the steering wheel controls. Actually there is not too much that I don't like about this truck
Suggested Improvements
I think the sat receiver should at least be standard with the limited addition along with the sonar.
