I paid full price, KKB said, Top Price is $ 18,999 Wow what a Truck " >>> Drivers New, Rides New, Looks New, I even Like the Dog smell...lol I think, they used it for hauling Newspapers around. It has a clean carfax 1 owner, oil, and services, were did at the Dealership. Oh" No tow package, never tow a thing... New life, will be taking me and the dog to the lake, with the jonboat behind. I am 58 years old The truck is going to out last me....? when i get into my late 70's The truck will only have 80,000 miles on it. Someone will be getting a good truck then... Happy Motoring......

2005 Toyota Tacoma Access Cab 4dr Access Cab Rwd SB (2.7L 4cyl 5M)

Review

Love everything about this truck.

Best Features

Love the electronic limited slip differential feature for wisconsin winters. With some weight in the back, no need for 4-wheel drive for the average driver. Love the composite box.

Worst Features

none

2005 Toyota Tacoma Access Cab 4dr Access Cab Rwd SB (2.7L 4cyl 5M)

Review

A great mid-size truck. With 4-cylinder, plenty of power. A LOT of power from stop to 60 MPH. Handles great. Comfort is very good. The new bed design is awesome. I hope they will not change this. Fuel economy is very acceptable. Have not had any problems with this truck. If I could change anything it would be to have had the option to add fog lights and running lights - really should be standard equipment, for safety reasons!

Best Features

Opening rear doors for access to back seat area. Many added features over the small pickup truck. Would have to brag about almost everything.

Worst Features

Make running lights a standard feature. Allow fog lights to be an available option

2005 Toyota Tacoma Access Cab 4dr Access Cab Rwd SB (2.7L 4cyl 5M)

Review

This truck rides better, handles better, than my last (96 with 137,000- no problems). I have the 4cyl, manual, extended, SR5 package, etc. Still Low miles, but I got 28.4 mpg on a recent 200 mile trip. I don't pull or haul much, ATV on a trailer, but this 4cyl has all the power I need, with reasonably good acceleration, and great gas mileage.

Best Features

Good ride and comfortable interior. Good gas mileage. Clock is not in back of steering wheel any longer. Like those two small doors for loading and unloading.

Worst Features

Revs too high (2200 RPMs) when started cold. Dealer says this is normal, but I think it's too high. Does cause the engine to warm up quickly, then drops back to about 900 RPMs. I don't care much for the orange/red lights in the dash.
