Ron, there IS a spare tire on the Sienna! It is mounted underneath the vehicle. Look behind the front right passenger seat, there should be a small cut-away piece of carpeting. Under that is a mounting bolt that you unscrew with the provided lug wrench. It will loosen and lower the spare tire underneath the car. once you change the tire, you can turn the bolt the other way and close up the mounting bracket and be on your way. Good Luck !Report it
