Re: 2003 sequoia trailer wiring harness [lait2000]

T. Lei, I have a 2007 Sequoia and installed my own trailer hitch...Just purchased a boat and now need lights. Toyota dealer gave my wife the run around and said there is no hook-up under the back of the SUV... I just went in garage and found hookup in about 30 seconds after looking up under the left/back of the vehicle where the hitch was installed. I just need to know ... Read More...

Toyota Sequoia Prices Paid and Buying Experience

Re: [sequoiabuyer]

Sequioabuyer... Even though you didn't ask me, I totally agree with you. If we really look at it, the '08's are two years old (model years that is). I'm also reluctant to pay even 10K less of MSRP for a vehicle that's essentially two years old. What I find really intriguing is that I've been able to find a couple of used '08 Sequoias that dealers are listing for the almost ... Read More...

We thought we picked out an SUV....but we are having doubts

Re: We thought we picked out an SUV....but we are having doubts [buzzy8]

Buzzy, Obviously you know the needs of the family best. For ours, the design of the captain chair and how it slides forward works as conveniently for kids as it does adults. At 6'4 I have no problem comfrortably getting in the 3rd row and the seating is by far the best on avy SUV on the market. Nothing is even close for leg room because of the electrically recling 3rd ... Read More...

Toyota Sequoia Prices Paid and Buying Experience

Re: '08 Platinum Deal [kmrboston]

I agree there does not seem to be too many '08 Sequoias on the road in Chicago area, but here are the national facts. Toyota sold 3,195 Sequoias in August, UP 86% from a year ago. Year-to-date they sold 22,562 Sequoias, UP 38% from 2007. That does not sound like a vehicle that is struggling as much as people say it is. To be fair, last year was probably lower than expected ... 2007 sequoia hatch broken, $270.00 repair

My Sequoia hatch handle broke with moderate use. I had it repaired at the dealership for $270.00. I asked to have some compensation and contacted corporate office to ask if there was a recall on this. At this point I have not been compensated, but I am going to pursue it. My complaint is on file. I think it is a manufacturers defect and if a number of other sequoia owners ... Read More...

Toyota Sequoia Lease Questions

Short-Term Lease (1 year) -- Is It Possible??

I have an '04 Toyota Sequoia -- the lease on this SUV ends in Dec. 2007. I'm looking at a GMC Acadia or Honda Pilot, however, I want to wait to see the redesigned Pilot which may come out in '08 as an '09 model. My question is: Should I extend my Sequoia lease for a year(and probably have to replace tires, perform service etc.) or should I lease a replacement vehicle for ... Read More...

Re: May Lease SR5 2WD [floridatarheel]

You're welcome, floridatarheel. Toyota's special lease program varies by region. In most areas outside of the Southeast region, Toyota Financial Services' buy rate lease money factor for the 2007 Sequoia is .00179 for consumers who qualify for its "Tier 1+" credit tier. This money factor is not available in the Southeastern U.S. because as part of its agreement ... Read More...
