Drives like a BMW?
You must be kidding me! Have you ever driven in one?
BMWs typically don't float or have prominent body lean like the Highlander.
They also have communicative and precise steering and engines that love to rev (and do so very smoothly).
If you drive an X3 you will notice it borders on being a bit harsh (at least the older ones) - in contrast to the cushy absorbing ride of the Highlander.
Oh, not to mention the absent torque steer which you don't get in rear while drive vehicles like BMWs...
