2005 Toyota Highlander Limited AWD 4dr SUV w/3rd Row (3.3L 6cyl 5A)
I have resisted buying an SUV for years. However, I find that I really enjoy driving my new Highlander. It sits up higher than my previous car, but not too high. My 80 year old mother can get into it easily. It is a pleasure to drive.
I feel very safe in the Highlander. It has side airbags & head airbags. The safety ratings are excellent. I also enjoy the 6-CD stereo.
I am not impressed with the heated seats. I test-drove many vehicles before deciding on the Highlander. The heated seats have two settings...on and off. Also, the heat is not very warm and tends to come and go. It's my only disappointment with the vehicle.
