2005 Toyota Highlander Fwd 4dr SUV w/3rd Row (3.3L 6cyl 5A)
Have only had vehicle 2 months but it has been great. Handling is excellent and, it's great to know I'm driving what other evaluators consider the best mid-size SUV on the road. It rides as well or better than any car I've ever owned. I wish the engineers had lowered the gear lever a bit to afford clearer access to radio controls; and the sun roof should have a buzzer to alert the driver that it's still open when leaving the vehicle. The cargo area is ample and the seats very comfortable. I have friends who also own this vehicle and they are very pleased as well.
interior design and seating; curtain airbags, storage area cover; sun roof.
Lower gear shift a bit. Put an alarm on the sun roof so one cannot accidentally leave the vehicle parked with the roof open.
