2007 Toyota Corolla Air Conditioner Noise

For the past few days, my A/C has been making a "ticking" noise whenever it is turned on. At first, I thought it was something in my glove compartment, because the noise seems to be coming from my dashboard. It only makes this noise whenever the A/C is turned on. Does my air conditioning filter need to be replaced? I think the fans might be clogged with dirt or something. ... Read More...

Stupid vehicle... I have a 2007 toyota corolla, i drove it fine this morning for 25 miles, stoped at the gas station for coffee and a breakfast sandwhich. went to turn the car on and it started. I thought anyways... it died in the 5 seconds of changing from park to drive.,.... it keeps starting but imediatly dies if i dont hold the gas down.... anyone know whats wrong ... Read More...

just want to let you know that the Toyota rep I talked with today blamed my paint chips on bird droppings which was contrary to the dealer blaming it on rocks. I learned that Toyota started painting thier cars with environmentally friendly water/based paint recently which isn't as durable at the paint they use to use. Meeting with the Toyota Rep was no help at all but the Service Manager at Twin City opened my eyes to the fact that Toyota did make changes to the type of paint they are putting on cars now and that the paint is enviromentally friendly. I have sold my 09 corolla already but I too had two areas where the paint was chipping. Doesnt bode well for Toyotas paint does it. Read More...

If your salesperson told you that you have unlimited miles then he lied. The finance person should have also went over the lease contract with you and that's when you would of seen that you signed up for a 36,000 miles lease. I can't believe you thought you could buy a car on a lease and have unlimited miles. How would anyone make any money if you put a lot of miles on that ... Read More...

Wow. I first starting researching on this about 8 months ago when the paint started SEVERELY chipping of of my then, nearly brand new car. All, and I mean all over my hood, trunk, roof, spoiler, etc., is chipping so severely. I have been to two different Toyota shops and they blame it on, get this, BIRD CRAP!
