2003 Toyota Corolla LE 4dr Sedan (1.8L 4cyl 5M)

Review

This is my second Corolla. The first was a 1998. As good as the 1998 Corolla was the 2003 was like night and day - fantastic. The car is solid, reliable, handles very well and has a good pick up. The charted overall mileage since 8-02 is slightly below 28.5 mpg. The car has a good sound system. The layout is user friendly. The car has held its value over the years far better, I would say, than anything American in that price range.

Best Features

Handling and performance. Interior (except see below). Value. Gas mileage. Dependability

Worst Features

Get rid of those head rests for the back seats or make them "u" shaped. the hinder seeing out the rear for passing around traffic. Red or blue lighting for the dash would be cool. ABS and traction control should be extra. No bundled packages - more consumer freedom.
