Review

Way better handling , performance than previous gen Celica, plus better fuel economy even though its driven enthusiastically. Great job by Toyota, was hard to locate one with ABS. So far has been trouble free, seems like it will go forever.

Favorite Features

Performance, economy (33 MPG), reliability, styling, HID headlights.

Suggested Improvements

More torque, still waiting for TRD Supercharger.

Review

2004 Celica GT-S with action package is an incredibly stylish and fun ride. The only downsides are that it requires 93 octane Premium gas and has a fairly utilitarian interior. As far as 4 cylinder nonturbo coupes go, you cant beat a Celica for fun driving and quick thrills. The prices that Toyotas go for always reflect their longer lifespan and higher resale value. GT-S models feature Lift, similar to Honda V-Tec system -- with a second head kicking in at 6800 rpm for a quick turbo like boost to redline.

Favorite Features

Low profile and tight steering. Several aftermarket body kits available for customizing look.

Suggested Improvements

Optional supercharger would be nice, not much low end torque.

Incredible Car

I have had my car for almost two years and I can't seem to keep my hands off of it. It is fun to drive, extremly comfy, looks great, handles great, has low gas miledge, and could be very easy to "fix up" if thats what you're into.

I love the seats and how they just kinda hug you're body.

So much aftermarket high-performance products that will tremendously transform your car from a stocky-stock machine to a fast and the furious type of vehicle, name it carbon fibers, intakes, suspensions, body kits, rear spoilers, 19 inch rims and high- performance race tires, wow simply amazing. Get the Absolute Red and feel like your driving a 360 Ferrari Modena. The Toyota Celica is very stylish, especially when you install toyota certified TRD parts. Great car, I love it so much, fuel economy and the price is unbeatable.

make a wide body for 2005 with 18 inch rims as standard option. Anyway the Celica is a sports Compact car.

Review

The Toyota Celica is an awesome and fun car to drive. It is also ONE of FIVE Japanese cars know as "Pocket Rockets". It has a low price for anyone to buy. The gas mileage is very good to. It gets BETTER gas mileage than the Honda Civic. Sure the Civic is cheaper, but who would want a car they wouldn't enjoy. In the Celica you can have it in a low gear the on a cerve you shift up and it will rocket you around the curve.There is no possible way to be ripped off when buying a NEW Celica.

Favorite Features

How everything is set around the driver. The shift knob isn't far down or high up its just right. The whole look of the car is stream line and aerodynamic. The interior is cool like a streetracer's car.

Efficient Performance

Review

This is the car for you if you value performance and economomy/efficiency. My previous car was a Mark II MR2 and I loved it. This car has similar performance but it is more civilized in everyday use on the highway. It is comfortable, quiet and very fast in day to day use. I would not hesitate to take it on a long trip yet I enjoy the excitement every time I get into it.

Exterior styling. Fantastic aceleration. Affordable cost.. Toyota bullit proof reliability

More low end torque vs. high end power. More rear seat room.
