This car offers a good deal of performance, style, fuel economy, and reliability on a budget. The engine, although peaky, offers a lot of performance for a 1.8 naturally aspirated engine. It is fun to keep the revs up and drive hard once you learn how this car NEEDS to be driven. Calm, relaxed, cell-phone yakking, adreniline deprived people need not apply! This car causes you to remember how much fun it can be to really drive! The engine is only the half of it though. The steering is tight and very responsive, and the suspension does a fantastic job on soaking up the harshness of the road, yet allows for impressive handling. Also, the brakes are amoung the best....ANYWHERE

Blast to drive. Very peppy, great brakes, outstanding handling, and ubelievable milage for the amount of fun you will have driving this car. One warning. Test drive this car before you drive. Depending on your seating position, rear and side visibility can range from below average to non-exisistent.

What can i say, Celica GT-S is simply a dream machine for anyone who would like to own a reliable and economical race car for normal roads. Excellent steering and immense control on curved roads allows me to step on the gas and make turns, on speeds between 50-60 mph, seem easy. Of all the sport coupe competitors i have driven, Celica feels more in control as a race car.

I like the 02 gts manual 6. Clutch takes a moment to get used to, and you have to warm the engine up a little before redlining it. But quick as long as you learn to drive at 6k rpms or higher. Leather seats are very comfortable, with just enough room for a 6'2" person. Mine as well take out the back seats. Love the headlights & how they don't blind the guy in front of you. Not looking forward to replacing the tires.

Over-all, I like this car. Handles well Toyota is strict about its warranty Few problems so far Ugly interior, colors don't match (yellow display; green radio?). Rear’s too high; can't see out back window. Blind spot’s too big.

This car as a beauiful a car as you can buy for lass then 100 grand. It has relativly good performance, handles very well, and gets tons of attention. To top it all off, it has the build quality typical to toyota.
