Toyota Celica GT - Troubleshooting

I have a 1995 Toyota Celica GT. Its has a ruff idle when in park, when it first gets going it has a rough start off. But seems to run fine once on the road. I did have an engine light come on, but the code tells me its a normal code. I did add some fuel cleaner and a fuel injector cleaner to see if its helps but nothing has helped. Any advice. Hi all, I am a Toyota lover, and have been trying to find a car (with the help of my son) to help him purchase as a graduation present. Hes been looking all around and has about 5,000 to spend.
