I have a 2004 Toyota Camry LE. Recently my dashboard display seemed to be a little dim when I turned on the lights. I went to Autozone and found I had a bad battery. I replaced the battery and when I turned on the lights, they still seemed to be dim. Could it be a bad fuze? Read More...

Actually, the last time (aug 2007), they gave me one while they tore my dash apart the last of 6 times trying to find a "creaking" sound that it had from day one to 50,000 miles. A few people post frequently about getting extraordinary mpg's in the 30's; most post a few times that don't get anywhere near that. No, it should be completely replaced by the 2012 model, but updated for 2010. They almost always make an update by the 4th model year. How "major" it is varies, but is generally a lot more than just new paint colors. The 2010 will be the fourth year of this body style. Look at the 2005 Camry vs the 2002-2004 models. Actually, the headliner design, IIRC, is actually different. The stereo issue is unique to 03-04s. I'm not really arguing the fact that you can get relatively perfect 1st year runs and problematic 4th year runs, but statistically, it works the other way around. I wasn't posting because i was going to buy a Camry, i was just curious who would still recommend a Toyota. My step-dad owns a 1997 Camry LE 4 cyl(187,000 trouble free miles), my mom bought her 07 camry LE 4cyl in January of 2007 and already has 38,000 miles on it(trouble free with no hesitation) we also own a 2004 Toyota Sienna Limited AWD(72,000 trouble free miles), ... I know from removing it that the first fuse you listed (30 amp Power #1) controls all 4 windows plus the moonroof (if equipped). I had to do this to "initialize" the moonroof in my 2004 Camry (easier than disconnecting the battery). Read More...
