This car never failed me in mechanical
ways. The tires that they give have no
grip at all. On snow and rain you slide
all over the place. I wish they had ABS
optional. Also traction control wil be
nice. If it had two of those options
this car will be perfect for the price
and quality of the car.

This is my first Toyota, I purchased
after extensive research. I was
discouraged with repair costs and
quality of previous cars. I have put
80K plus in 3.5 years on this Camry.
Not one problem, regular oil changes
etc. only. Yes, it could have more
power, but well worth living without
considering all the other good things.
I will always buy Toyota based on my
past experiences with other cars.
Toyota has more recommended used car
models than any other make, and I know
why. My kids are tired of me
saying "BUY A TOYOTA" !!!

This is a Japanese built car and
bulletproof. I had my fill of edgy
design and unreliability (i.e. American
cars)so went for the conservative look.
It has handled every condition I could
throw at it and it didn't hurt to have
the traction control, ABS, etc. What
has made this the best car buying and
ownership experience I have ever had
(in 40 years of driving) is the
dealership. An unbeatable combination.

Just purchased a used 2001 Camry. So
far i love it. I traded a mercury
sable wagon in for it. Was a bit upset
on lossing all my room from the wagon
but this car more than makes up for
it. So far plenty of room to go
shopping and haul the kids and there
stuff around in it. Will check back in
a year or so and see.

Our Second Camry, quiet ride. reliable. full size
spare, good for daily driving. Seats somewhat
uncomfortable on very long drives. Average to
good gas mileage, gas tank good be a bit
bigger.

Plain Jane to look at but what a
comfortable, smooth riding sedan! This
is my second consecutive V6XLE (both
are manufactured in Japan). On both
cars, I never had to REPAIR anything
yet. Always dependable in a extreme
cold of NJ and heat of FL. If the
performance and dependability are
important to you, I recommend this
model highly.

Most people don't think of a Camry as
a fun car to drive, the majority of
people think of it as a family car.
I'm a college student and I absolutely
love driving my Camry, it is roomy for
someone being 6 foot both in the front
and back, it fits everything that I
need, it is also a good car for being
a designated driver cause it holds a
lot of people with still having good
visibility and handling. Overall it
is a good car, with exceptional
features.

This is nearly the perfect car. It is
quiet, smooth, well built and
inexpensive to drive. It's only draw
back is it isn't fancy. Not much for
little convience things like the
temperature gage you have to push a
button and see either the time or
temperature. What would it cost to have
a seperate display, 50 cents or so.
If you want a car that will run and run
and be nice to drive without a lot of
expense you will be hard pressed to do
better than this.
