Just wanted to share this information. I live in Texas and I bought pre-owned 2010 Camry Hybrid from a dealer in Texas and I was looking for extended warranty and I researched in the net and found about Jerry from Midwest Toyota. I bought the extended warranty from Midwest Toyota at very competitive price. If anyone is interested in buying Toyota factory extended warranty Jerry Johnson can sell you at very ... Read More

Simple answer, the Fusion is a better car. I had a Camry Hybrid, and I saw similar results in MPG, but overall the car was just plain boring. Material wise, it was below par, the seat cloth was thin and showed signs of wear within 30k miles, the sunroof stuck, it had wind noise, and the dash squeaked. Mechanically the car was superb, but creature comfort wise, handling, and quality wise, ... Read More

I paid $500 over invoice. So after tax, title, and other fees it came out to 33k and some change, about what the sticker was. So without the Costco pricing I would have been paying way over sticker when all was said and done. Plus the Costco pricing is an easy take it or leave deal. You sit down, they show you the price, you say yes or no, and that's ... Read More

I purchased a new 2010 TCH fully loaded from Tustin Toyota in Orange County, CA on Oct 7th. I went through the Costco car buying program and got really good pricing. I love the car. My first new car purchase ever, and first hybrid. I drive 80 miles a day for work and got 550 miles on my first tank of gas with a 39.5 mpg. That was just driving the ... Read More

Here in Orange County, CA, tch has been in dealerships for over 2 weeks. Took test drive in one a few days ago and was pleasantly pleased. Toyota dealer in San Juan Capistrano had two on lot 3 days ago, claiming they were "the latest shipment." Got call from Anaheim, CA dealer who said he has a gray metallic CH in stock. My opinion: tch will increase its presence here in ... Read More

Are the US regions other than Washington getting any 2010 Camry Hybrid? I haven't seen any 2010 Camry Hybrid in our area (at dealers or their web sites) even though they were supposed to be at the dealers 6 months back. Still see only the 2009 models. Even the Toyota web site does not allow me to build the 2010 Camry Hybrid! (I had posted this question earlier at another Camry ... Read More

If you are looking for a good Mid size sedan, check out the Ford Fusion. Compared to the Camry, hands down a better car(sorry Toyota). From the reviews so far on the 2010 Fusion, looks like every one who has one loves it. I sat in a 2010 Fusion Sport edition, and OMG what a huge difference between the ford and Toyota, made my Camry feel cheap.

This was obviously premature and incorrect information: March 2009 delivery date for 2010 Camry hybrid - say wha? Shortly after their official premiere at the Detroit Motor Show in January, Toyota announced pricing for the updated 2010 Camry and Camry Hybrid midsize sedans that will begin arriving at dealers in March 2009. The gasoline model's base MSRP will range from $19,395 for the Camry sedan with a new six-speed manual transmission ... Read More

I have a feeling that the new 2010's are not out yet. Verrry Interesting, hmmmmm Maybe there are some changes in the wind. We've received a lot of ICE Camry's but we haven't received any 2010 TCH's yet and they can't be spec'd on the Toyota site. Why??

I thought about this too, but I bought this year because of fuel, maintenance cost and trade-in value change, based on my current vehicle (which was V6). I ran my numbers, and it was about $4,000 cheaper to buy this year than wait. So basically, it was "I can buy this year's Hybrid model (2009, fully loaded) for ~$24,000, (minus trade-in was ~$13,000), or I can wait a year, and pay ... Read More

Sorry kdh but I don't think Toyota has any plans to retire the Prius. Between the yearly dealer meetings, talks with Jim Press and others as well as numerous other meetings I have never heard a mention of that - ever. I agree with you that it is the prophet but I think that every time Toyota introduces new Hybrid technology in future - they are probably working on the 3rd ... Read More
