2006 Toyota 4Runner SR5 4dr SUV 4WD (4.0L 6cyl 5A)
Purchased vehicle at end of 2005. I'm 6'2" and I have the sunroof. At first the I thought that there wasn't enough headroom, but there is. Anyone slightly taller ought to consider no sunroof. The 6 cyl deliver more than sufficient power for most needs. The vehicle is quiet to drive and responsive. I used to drive a Subaru AWD that weighs 800 pounds less, but I only got 18-20 MPG City. The 4 runner is delivering 17 MPG so far during the break in period. The engine revs low and upshifts quickly to keep revs low and mileage high.
Sunroof, rear window that opens, removable third row. BTW the 3rd row is only for kids 8-9 and under. No adult could fit back there. The seats are easily removable.
Need a headlight on warning noise for instances when you exit vehicle and leave lights on. This should be standard. Better gas mileage, but one knows this going into the deal. Keep the width about the same..if it gets any wider then it's into the land yacht / sloth class.
