Review
I have had great fortune with this vehicle. It has been incredibly reliable. The only parts that have been replaced in 75000 miles are 1) the heater fan (a "critter" made a nest in there) and 2) the front brake rotors. I'm thinking of selling it now and buying a the 2004 version, just so I can tow a trailer with the optional V8. I hope they never discontinue this model.
Favorite Features
The lowering rear window (by dashboard button or key fob) was a selling point. Cargo that has shifted in transit can be re-positioned before you open the upswinging hatch. My wife loves the 4-wheel drive.
Suggested Improvements
The ride is bumpy, like you'd expect from a truck. Sometimes I like that, but it can get tiresome. The seats are a little short, which get uncomfortable on long trips. The cabin is narrow, but that's already been fixed in the wider new models. More leg room would be appreciated also.
