A strong engine, slick interior and low price make the SX4 a good choice for those looking for an affordable all weather hatchback.

Dynamics

Engine is strong, but heavy curb weight makes it feel slower than numbers suggest. An available 2WD variant lightens the car up a bit, though. Suspension is soft, but push it hard and it's predictable enough to have some fun.

Comfort

Soft suspension delivers a comfortable ride. Road and wind noise is about average. Seat comfort is good and the driving position easy to get used to.
