Suzuki Forenza Troubles

Re: omg..it is the wagon too.. I have a 2006 forenza [cher1983]

I bought my teenage daughter a 2004 Forenza and have had lots of troubles. I always get the run around and once they even had the car about 6 weeks to fix. Now the car has a blown motor because of sludge. Suzuki says it is our lack of oil changes which is crap!!!! Any lawsuit I will gladly be part of. I owe 5,000 and Suzuki wants me to pay between 2 and 3,000 more for a new motor. ... Read More...

Problems with 2004 Suzuki Forenza Cylinder Head

I'm going through a big problem with my 2004 Suzuki Forenza. The check engine light came on and the dealer told me there was an issue with the cylinder head. The good news is that although it is a very expensive piece that costs over $2,000, my 7 year power train warranty covers this part. I took the car to the dealer last Saturday and it's been there all week. The real ... Read More...

forenza

Wait until you get about 60000 and see if suzuki care. I have a 2004 Forenza and never really had any problems with it. But when I did, suzuki would not live up to the warranty. My car became disabled as I was driving down the interstate. I had it towed to a Suzuki Dealership. I was told that there was sludge in the engine and therefore the drivetrain warranty would not ... Headlights

I purchased a 2004 Forenza for my daughter back in February. Thank God there have been no major problems. However, last week my daughter was complaining that her headlights were not working. During the day, the DRLS would come on as normal, but at night, the headlights did not come on. I did some searching and found that Suzuki had a recall for the headlights for ... Read More...

Suzuki Forenza Troubles

Oh yes I know this problem.

Had a 2004 Forenza and brought it into the dealership about 12 times for this issue. Finally Suzuki gave me some money and hooked me up with a dealer that would give me a high trade it on it, now I have a 2006 just as many problems. This problem will not go away, get out of that car as soon as you can. Read More...

Chevrolet Optra - Loading a used one.

Hi all, I am little confused where to post this one, hope I will find a suggestion here. I am considering buying a used Chevrolet Optra (as it is called in middle east, and Suzuki Forenza in USA) from my friend. What he is having is a base model, without passenger air bag, alloy wheels, and ABS. (Wonder why GM differentiates in safety features also. Same in Canada comes ... Read More...

Engine Light

I have a 2004 Suzuki Forenza. The engine light is on and I've already opened and closed the gas cap. I have not put gas recently and only have a quarter tank left so could it still be the gas cap? Why would it take so long to light up? Also, we already replaced the gas cap July 2004 so could there still be a problem? The manual says that if the engine light goes on to re-do the ...
