Re: SUZUKI AERIO(SEDAN) 2007 [chrisducati]
I expect the crossover you refer to is the SX4 already on sale here in Europe. It was co-developed with Fiat, sits on an enlarged version of the platform used for the European market Swift, and our versions are built in Suzuki's Hungarian plant, and are fitted with a 1.6-litre Suzuki engine, or Fiat's 1.9-litre 120bhp turbo-diesel. Re: First-time Suzuki buyer [trgbassguy]
I really like my 2003 Suzuki Aerio SX. It gets better gas mileage than the 2006 thanks to the 2 Liter engine that came with it that year as opposed to the 2.3 Liter that was introduced in 2004. However, when I bought mine, it had arguably no direct competition in its class. It was a pretty unique car and still is really fun to drive. Now, though, the 2007 Honda Fit gets ... Read More...
Re: SUZUKI AERIO(SEDAN) 2007 [mark63]

E. Hatchback)coming and R&T or MT, sorry cant remember which ,had spy photos of the car. It is about the size of the Reno but more upright styling like the SX. It was not as chunky ... Read More...

2005 AERIO AND 2008 AERIO
I read in the August 16 issue of Automotive News that the refreshed 2005 Aerio will be out very soon with a few minor interior and exterior changes. It also states that a whole new Aerio will be a 2008 redesign. They must plan on keeping it in the line up and that is good. They also mentioned a new compact car about the size of an Aerio for 2007. That puzzles me unless it ... Read More...
Re: [billmchale]
While some of that is true, some of it is not. For one, the Aerio already is a "best pick" in IIHS frontal test scores. It also earned a 5-star rating in the NHSTA side-impact test without the side-impact airbags. The new side-impact airbags cover both the torso and head and rear passengers don't always need as much protection, though I think they should also have ... Read More...
Supposed Future Suzuki Lineup
Well from what my dealer told me after their big regional dealer meeting is that the Aerio won't be discontinued. I didn't ask him that directly but he told me the supposed future lineup. It goes as: -The Vitara V6 stopped production about 2 months ago and will be DEFINITELY dropped for 2005. -The XL-7 is supposed to be the next GV either in name or placement in the ... Read More...
