Odometer just turned 20,000.
Have had none of the problems some other owners reported.
Wish Subaru had some of the things found on practically everybody else's cars at this trim level [doors that lock when you put it in gear, turn signals on mirrors would be nice] but without a doubt, I feel more secure driving this than ANY other car (or truck) I've ever driven since I started driving in 1963.
[and considering I am a "car-aholic", that's over 50 vehicles!]
The gas mileage was good from the start, but now that the car's getting "broken in" it's amazing.
Pure non-highway, 26 mpg; pure highway, 34 mpg; daily drive to work is between 27-28.
All with the security of Subaru all wheel drive!
Doors that lock when you put it in gear.
Turn signals on the mirrors.
Be able to open just the glass part of the back hatch.
Dash vents that can be moved completely up, down, left or right (the circular ones some cars have are the perfect design!)
