2003 Subaru Outback AWD 4dr Wagon (2.5L 4cyl 5M)

Review

Solid road car. Great engine, quiet, very good handling, brakes and steering wheel response. Great road shock absorption. Transmission very smooth. The car is tight at the shoulders and could be a little wider. The steering wheel needs to be adjusted higher to clear my knees.

Best Features

Six cylinder engine performance at highway speed is terrific. Solid road feel is very good and quiet.

Worst Features

Steering wheel needs greater upward travel to clear knees. Wider seats and seating area (1" each seat; my wife and I are 6' tall). Better radio reception/speakers. Needed to have both front door insulation replaced due to loud wind noise from windows.
