Goes like stink

Vehicle: 2005 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Limited AWD 4dr Wagon (2.5L 4cyl 4A)

This is a nice car, safe, big and heavy, but it's fast. The 2.5 turbo is probably one of the top 10 engines out there. If you step on it hard, it takes a second then hold on! Passes anything on the highway and goes anywhere you want it to. It's a subaru so it is reliable. The only issue is now it makes a loud humming noise past 35 mph. Maybe a wheel bearing. The mileage is not good...maybe 15 around town :(But hey, it's a big heavy AWD car with 250 hp.

Vehicle: 2005 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Limited AWD 4dr Wagon (2.5L 4cyl 4A)

All the cars I owned were Toyota's such as Corolla, Camry, Celica. I may have switched to Subaru from now on. It has the reliability of Toyota. in addition, the interior of Europe like VW and Audi. The ride is pretty firm like a sport car, very good handling and traction for a family wagon. The sunroof is huge. Although it will be nice if it come with a basic 200 HP engine will make it more fun and within the bargaining price range. Thinking about the Tribeca or Forester as our next car. Love the deep pitch sound of the flat 4 engine.

Vehicle: 2005 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Limited AWD 4dr Wagon (2.5L 4cyl 4A)

It's my first Subaru. I always have been a Toyota fan. I have been an owner of a Corolla, Camry and the 2000 Celica. I wanted a AWD, that's why I want to try the Subaru. It's a solid car. I have always like the interior of European cars like VW and Audi. The Legacy is the first Japanese car I feel like I'm inside an European make. The traction is excellent and cornering doesn't feel like you're in a wagon. Subaru should put in a base engine with 200 horse power to make it more fun to drive without paying the premium price for GT turbo model.

Wake up america

Vehicle: 2005 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Limited AWD 4dr Wagon (2.5L 4cyl 4A)

This car is the best car on the market for the money. It outshines cars that are twice the price in performance, fuel economy, safety, payload, ergonomics, and four wheel drive control on icey and gravel roads. Wake up America - SUVs have nothing on a good old Subaru Wagon!

I tested many many cars before buying the Subaru Legacy Limited wagon. Very pleased with the safety features, and the space. It is one of the best priced cars in this segment of the market.
