I love my B9 Tribeca, great SUV overall. The only problem it seems is the color of my SUV, I have the 2006 Gold, it's a light color gold, and it seems to have some kind of damage to the color, like it's lighter in some areas. I don't know what this is... BAD PAINT or SUN DAMAGE? Hmm. :/
The interior design, AWD, distinct exterior, great car for passengers... comfort, air, DVD.
Power lift gate, telescoping wheel, rear heated seats, pano moonroof.
Outstanding car with no mechanical issues to mention, however, the previous comments on the paint are interesting. I have the same problem and it looks like it is most obvious in the areas where ther is maximum wind resistance.
Clearly thisis a recall issue and the more people that report it makees it more likely that it will become one.
Also the low beam headlights are a joke.
This is also clearly a real safety issue and should be reported to the NTSB, maybe they will get involved and rattle Subaru's cage.
Has anyone updated the navigation system? Where can I do this without paying the $$$ that Subaru wants?
