If you can afford it, buy the platinum coverage plan. The Gold plan doesn't cover everything and you don't want to be one of those customers that says "why do I have an extended warranty if it doesn't pay for anything". I go through that too much here at my dealership and I always tell them it's because of the plan you purchased. Read More...

I experienced the same type of problem with our Saturn 2006 Vue. The first time I had it put on a roll back to a dealer in Las Vegas 75 miles away. They replace the electronic control module (ECM). The car had to be driven back the following day because a warning light (seat belt) was on. The tech forgot to re-program the computer network. There are three modules that ... Read More...

Hello, I have an 06 Vue AWD V-6 (Honda 3.5L) and it is doing the exact same thing. I suspected the torque converter because it is only happening in high gear where the converter is "clutching" or locking and unlocking. Looks like other complaints similar to mine. When idling along at about 1300-1500RPM, with no real strain on the engine, the RPMs oscillate up and down about 200 RPM and the transmission makes a groaning sound. I have a 2006 Saturn Vue with about 20,000 miles. I'm having an oil leak problem located on the right side of the engine where there would normally be a distributor.
