Just purchased a 2006, 9-5 sedan..w / 25,000 on it for $14000.00... Comparing to all other vehicles I looked at, almost seems to good to be true for price vs. miledge..? Well, it looks like a lot of us have the same issues -- cheap plastic bits that won't stay put (screw covers in doors, speaker covers), road noise, ride on rough pavement, poor range on remote key fob....I reported on my speaker cover issue a few times in this forum. Just bought 2007 9.5 Aero Combi

Dealer in Maine took $6,777 off sticker, I test drove the car(25 miles on the clock) and fell in love. Have owned a 2000 and 2002 ARC sedans, both with V-6's. I did not know what I was missing. My 2006 combi already is sporting a dime size ding that chipped the paint just right of the grill on the lower part of the hood. I was wondering if anyone out there has had success with stone deflectors / bras?? They are pretty tough to find for Saab's. Thanks Jim Read More...

Incidentally, while in ME we saw lots of older SAABs but the Official Maine State Car, the one that replaced the SAAB, is clearly the Suburu. My observation, too. The Saabs tend to be pre-GM takeover and the appeal of the Subie are the full-time AWD, durability and availability. Hey Dallas, I was looking to replace my wife's 00 exploder and came across the Saab site listing the huge rebates on the 06's. Long story short drove the 9-5 combi and fell in love.
