We've decided to get a convertible and are down to a 2006 or 07 Solara SLE (reliable but a bit boring) or a 2007 9-3 2.0T. I am currently leasing a Saab 9-3 2.0T limited edition 60th Anniversary 2007. The lease is up in one month. I love love love the car this is my second Saab. I went to dealer to lease another. After bringing the car home from Austin it has 34,800 miles. I like it; it gobbles highwy miles with ease. At 65MPH rpm is barely over 2000. I did not measure exact gas mileage but it had to be 30 or better with average spped close to 80MPH. My wife noticed it remided her of volkswagen she drove long time ago. I gave 500 deposit for 2007 saab 9-3 final otd cost $15,500 in Austin TX. Black with tan leather interior. $14,400 base price 190 total fees 6.25% tax. 34,450 miles 6 speed manual transmission one owned per carfax. Standard equipment with sunroof. Don't worry about the dealer losing money.. If he is, then it's only because that is all he can get for the car, and it's better to cut his losses.. That's a doubtful scenario, but so much the better for you... My local dealer is selling service loaner/demos that have similar stickers for $10K off MSRP.. Help. After reading numerous messages regarding 9-3 Saabs, I am still in limbo regarding purchasing a Saab. I read numerous messages, and have found the most concerns with the cupholders, rear brakes, radio, and seats. I can work with these issues. I live in Atlanta, so traffic is always hectic. yes, they are having 8500 rebates or 0% on new ones. we pulled the trigger on the 07 Saab 9-3 2.0T Anniversary Edition for $23,500, CPO, 3250 miles. W :) e pick it up Thursday after some prep work on the paint...nothing serious. happy with our decision...thanks for your assistance. Read More...

All, a little advice please. i've located a 2007 Saab 9-3 Convertible Anniversay Edition, CPO and only 3250 miles. dealer dropped the lot price a grand to $23,925. dealer will not budge on the price stating they just dropped the price $1000.00 on the lot. is this a good deal paying the asking of $23,925 or do you think the dealer has more room....plus, wife loves ... They're plentiful because a lot of them were leased and are now coming off of 2 and 3 yr leases. I wish I had the need for a new car- a used Saab would definitely show up on my short list. In a year or two, the supply of used Saabs will dry up as GMAC canned leasing for Saab sometime in 2008. But, somehow there are plenty of "former GM company cars" being offered for sale at ...
